If you’re not satisfied with your Pluto Pillow after 2 weeks, you may reach out to sleepy@plutopillow.com for a prepaid shipping label to return the pillow. Please also include feedback to help us improve.

This policy is limited to one Pluto Pillow, one PUFF, and one POD return per household per year (i.e. one product per category) and must be exercised no later than the 125th day following delivery of the product. Returns must be made using the original packaging. We will issue your full refund once the pillow has been received (please allow up to 5 business days for processing).
