Once you complete the questionnaire, your data runs through our algorithm that generates your best variation back to us and helps us create a pillow for your unique sleep profile. However, since all of our pillows are made-to-order, there’s still a human element where we make sure your additional optional requests are taken into account before creating the final product (rather than just thickness or firmness).

Wonderful Sleep Experience

I have tried 4 pillows prior to the pluto pillow and they were all difficult to sleep on for one reason or another. Each time I thought I had chosen the correct one. I like a soft, slightly elevated, supportive pillow-the pluto pillow was just what I ordered. It took me 3 days to adjust to it and now I would be lost without it. I don't even think I could back to the 10 year old one I was using trying to find a new one. I would highly recommend a customized pluto pillow. If you do not like it they will adjust it. I never had to contact them. Bravo!

Worth it

I was skeptical because of the price. Turns out it's totally worth it. The only thing I will say is the queen size is a little small so I did order a king size as well.
