Once I got my pillow I loved how soft it felt immediately and by my own personal preference I was hoping it would be the perfect fit. Well, it wasn't. What I thought I wanted wasn't right at all. I emailed customer service to see about either returning it or if there was a fix so I could keep it. Within hours, someone got back with me and after a few questions, suggested they send me a different, smaller/ softer insert. Once that came in, that night I could immediately feel the difference. I'm so happy with my pillow now. I'm truly impressed with how quickly they got to me and offered a solution. They are so friendly and want to help you get the right fit for you. I highly suggest trying them, especially if you're like me and have spent countless dollars on pillows that now sit in a closet because they just didn't fit right. I haven't found anyone else who's willing to do what they do for their customers! Thank you for such a great experience!

This is the best pillow that I have found!

I have tried EVERY SINGLE pillow on the market that espouse incredible neck support…a perpetual disappointment…Until now…
With an enormous amount of skepticism, I purchased the Pluto pillow in king-size, prepared to return it.
It’s the most amazing pillow that I have ever ever used. I gave it a couple of weeks and now I’m obsessed. And I’ve recommended this pillow to countless others. You have no reason to trust me, except my background is kinesiology and this pillow is the one.
You’re welcome 🙏🏻

This is my second Pluto pillow the first one I bought was 3 years ago best pillow I’ve bought ever instantly made my neck pain go away and the Pluto sheets actually stay on the bed no having to adjust them every day

I ended up using the original center and it works great. I guess it just took me a couple nights to get used to it, plus I'm used to having two pillows so I had to get used to having one pillow but it feels great and I love it.

Finally ! I have ordered so many pillows and sent them back. I have bought pillows at the store and returned them.
BUT this pillow came as they design and apply your personal preferences and this pillow is AMAZING ! !! From the first night I fell in love with it..

When I got my pillow about a month ago it was comfortable and supportive but quite firm, which I thought my neck needed. Turned out to be almost too firm and thick. So I contacted support and they troubleshooted my issues and sent me a different insert to switch out for my thicker, firmer insert and now it’s the perfect height and firmness. My neck isn’t as stiff when waking and I def sleep more comfortably. Highly recommend.
