Once you complete the questionnaire, your data runs through our algorithm that generates your best variation back to us and helps us create a pillow for your unique sleep profile. However, since all of our pillows are made-to-order, there’s still a human element where we make sure your additional optional requests are taken into account before creating the final product (rather than just thickness or firmness).

Pluto Pillow Review

First of all, THANK YOU! I've been searching for years to replace my current pillow. Nothing has even come close, until now. This is so close to perfect. The only issues are most likely from my answers to your questionnaire. If my new Pluto pillow was about a half inch shorter and very slightly softer, it would be the most perfect pillow ever. That being said, I've never been able to use a new pillow without an adjustment period, and some back and neck adjustments. Until now. Please don't ever stop doing what you do. I will be a customer for life!

Good Pillow

The pillow is great quality. Bought the pillowcase with it which fits great and is very soft. Have been using my pillow for about 2 weeks now, it’s definitely an improvement from my last several pillows, however I wish it was just slightly more supportive.
